Anthony S. Maneri Jr., President
Anthony S. Maneri, Jr., was born and raised in Bergen County, NJ before relocating to South Jersey in 2010. He currently resides in Atlantic County with his wife Jaclyn and three children. At the age of 16, Anthony started his career as an EMT volunteering in his hometown, and at the age of 24, moved to Atlantic County and founded TriCare Medical Transportation with 5 vehicles and 6 employees. Fifteen years later, TriCare Medical Transportation has expanded to three locations, over 125 vehicles, and over 350 employees in South Jersey. The company provides 911 ambulance services and serves dozens of local medical facilities and hospitals.
Joseph Phillips, Director of Operations
Joe began his career with TriCare in 2010 as an EMT. From there, Joe progressed and held the roles of Dispatcher, Facility Coordinator, Operations Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Senior Operations Manager. Joe is responsible for the global oversight of all operational departments at TriCare, as well as the Fleet and Training Departments. Additionally, he is the direct oversight point of contact for the Vineland Office and Livery/MAV/BLS programs. Joe also manages the Weisman Medical Day transportation program. Joe has been a New Jersey EMT since 2005, a Pennsylvania Paramedic since 2009, and has experience as a Critical Care Flight Paramedic transporting ill or injured individuals to and from other countries. Joe dedicates free time to volunteer organizations that serve local communities.
Matthew Sharpe, Communications Manager
Matt began his career with TriCare in 2011, when he joined the team as a MAVT. Thereafter, Matt held the positions of EMT, Dispatch, and Dispatch Supervisor before accepting his current role as Communication Manager and Special Events Coordinator in 2020. Matt is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Communications Department which encompasses TriCare’s Call Center, Livery/MAV Dispatch, and BLS Dispatch Centers, as well as, coordinating all requests for Special Events. Matt maintains the direct oversight of an approximately 30-member team. Matt is a Veteran, having previously served with the U.S. Airforce, and enjoys spending his free time with his 2 children and has a passion for attending Flyers games.
Thomas Sabanofsky, Operations Manager

Tom began his career with TriCare in 2015, when he joined the team as an EMT. Thereafter, Tom held the positions of Field Training Officer and Operations Supervisor before accepting his current role as Operations Manager in 2021. Tom is responsible for the day to day operations of the Pleasantville Livery/MAV/BLS programs, as well as, the direct oversight of an approximately 140 member team. Tom enjoys spending his free time enjoying what life has to offer with his wife and three children.

Marina began her career with TriCare in 2023. She serves as our Administrative Operations Manager, overseeing risk, safety, and patient satisfaction for our organization.
Elizabeth Colman, Human Resources Manager

Liz has been with the TriCare family since the fall of 2014. Liz oversees the daily operations of the Human Resource Department, which includes the weekly processing of payroll, 401K, health benefits and facilitating the employee/employer partnership. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling with her husband.
Brian O’Neill, SCTU Operations Manager
Brian began his career with TriCare in 2015, when he organized and started the SCTU division. Brian holds the position of SCTU Coordinator / Operations Manager and oversees the operational and clinical components of the SCTU program. His daily duties include training, orientation, competencies, medications, and supplies. In addition, Brian still responds to BLS and critical care calls. Brian is also a long time paramedic and still functions in that capacity. His background includes previous experience as an SCTU manager and director for various companies, as well as many years in the flight community as a flight nurse. Brian enjoys spending his free time with his family and his therapy dog Samson.
Phyllis Watt, Patient Scheduling Manager
Phyllis Watt resides in Margate City. She enjoys spending time with her husband Sam and her two children.
